Impact the World with Lee Harris

Thank you Lee and your team for being there for me today. Despite trying so hard to be mentally tough I’ve been at really low energy throughout all of the holidays. This is the first Q&A I ve heard today and was it so incredibly helpful and answered so many questions I had thought about already from watching you in YT already. Your calm and kind way of speaking is so impactful for bringing a total sense of peace. I am new to spiritually since only 2019 that happened by pure chance one day watching a video by Matt Kahn. Some days I can be so happy and high and others the deepest of lows. I now journal every single morning and try to be present for as much of my time I can. I even try to meditate, some days with success other not so good. I go out in nature and just look and listen and this helps. I’ve tried to speak to spirit as I miss some people so much but I never hear anything at all. Or am I not just hearing it? I’d love to know if you suffer from deep sweeps in energy and mood swings and how you deal with that? Thank you. Sally
