I listened to the 1st season and enjoyed it. Into episode 2 of season 2 I started to feel like it was a bit biased. As I continued to listen, the podcast really follows the flow of the trial. It starts with the prosecutions side and then the defense. There were stark criticisms of the police investigations which I found compelling.

Episodes drop much too slow to be part of a Wondery subscription. From the beginning episodes I was incredulous at the things the hosts were saying. The hosts implied that the new prosecution team was going to make light of all this supposed evidence when we knew the evidence was trash in the first place from the first trial. The podcast had a faux bothsides take that seemed to favor the prosecution, and question the defense’s strategy. I would look for other podcasts before coming to this one regarding the 2nd trial.
